Our Vision

Everybody deserves the chance to grow their potential. Our vision is built on helping people let go of what's holding them back and discover how to be their best version. We focus on several areas:

 

Clarity in Leadership: Through focused coaching, we help individuals develop self-awareness and ignite their potential. We believe in challenging with intention and holding our clients accountable for achieving their goals.

 

Communication Excellence: We create spaces for enhanced group awareness, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving. Our workshop facilitation empowers teams to communicate effectively and work better together.

Our History

Grow Leadership's story is rooted in a profound understanding of both effective and ineffective leadership. Founded by Zana Ballantyne, our journey began with over 20 years of experience in learning and development, starting from her early days as a regional trainer for Hungry Jacks.

A pivotal moment in 2013 crystallised our mission. After experiencing firsthand how poor leadership can crush confidence and squash innovation, Zana realised the critical difference between empowering and diminishing leadership styles. This experience led her to pursue a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching at Swinburne University, transforming a challenging career moment into the foundation for Grow Leadership's approach to professional development.
